Build Stages

How It Works

How long does the process take from start to finish? Roughly 18 months. Of course that timeline may fluctuate depending on a variety of factors, such as the availability of certain materials. When you’re ready to build your dream home, you can choose from existing floor plans that you customize to your liking, or start from scratch. Either way, a custom home is built from the inside out, and should align with your life and unique style. What you see when you drive up to a property is important, but it’s what’s inside that truly impacts your living experience.

Initial Meetings

We get to put faces to the name and learn more about what you’re expecting and how we can help! If you decide you want to talk further, we schedule a secondary meeting.

During our secondary meeting our architect will get a sense of what you’re looking for, and he’ll begin the design process.

Design

We take the time to get to know you better, and with that, your style and design preferences. We want to make sure that our style fits your needs!

You will work one-on-one with our designer to make all the selections in your new home. This will help us give you your price breakdown and accurate estimate for your home.

Start Construction

After we have all the details sorted, we get all the paperwork ready and the construction process begins!

During the construction process, we’ll meet several times to walk through the progress that has been made on your home.

Finishing Touches

We do a final walkthrough inspection of your home, and explain all warranties to you, and make sure everything is to your liking.

At this point, we hand over the keys and your home is ready for you to move into!
