Jason Loftis

President

Jason is the Principal and Managing Member of Walker Homes in Richmond, VA. With over 30 years of experience in luxury home building, land development and multifamily property management Jason acquired Walker Homes with enthusiasm to continue the legacy of custom home building in Richmond. Jason has a degree from VCU in Business Management with a focus on Real Estate and Development and has been a Class A licensed contractor for over 20 years. In this free time he enjoys golfing as well as watching his daughters play field hockey.

Syonia Anderson

Director of Selections

Syonia is the Director of Selections with Walker Homes. She grew up in Bedford, Virginia and has a B. A. Business Management degree from Lynchburg College. She has spent the better part of 21 years in the home building industry. She enjoys helping people with the decisions that go into building a custom home and assisting them through the phases of construction to keep them on track and organized. She has been married to her husband, Woody, for over 19 years and together they have one daughter, Alexa, and a beloved dog, Merlot. As a hobby, she likes to read about and try new wines. She also enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, traveling and visiting wineries.

Adam Pillsbury

Construction Project Manager

Adam is the Construction Project Manager at Walker Homes. He has over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction and consulting, making him the perfect go-to man for all your questions and for advice on how best to reach set goals. He strives to further his education and experience to be a better team player and a better person, gaining both his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and real estate license. Adam is a Richmond native, and loves cooking, traveling, attending live shows and watching his favorite team, the Atlanta Braves, play! He adores his family, and loves spending a lot of his free time with his loved ones.

Angie Loftis

Director of Marketing and Brand

Angie is the Director of Marketing and Brand for Walker Homes. Angie grew up in the Southside of Richmond and has been around home building and real estate marketing for her entire career. The daughter of a former small home builder she jokes that there is no better smell than sheetrock and sawdust. While attending VCU and studying Biology Angie started working on the weekends at an apartment community. She fell in love with the fast pace and meeting new people daily. She left VCU and worked in the multi family space for the over 20 years specializing in the marketing and brand of apartment communities from PA to Florida. When not working at Walker Homes Angie can be found with her five dogs or on the side of a field hockey pitch watching her daughters play.

Dave Harper

Master Carpenter

Dave Harper born and raised in Virginia has worked with Walker Homes for over 35 years. In that time Dave has watched the home building industry evolve for the better. Known for his attention to detail and amazing craftsmanship Dave has been a part of every home Walker Homes has built over the years. A stickler for tight joints and impeccable detail when Dave isn’t on job sites he can often be found fishing for small mouth bass, hiking or tending to the bees at his property.
