Walker Homes is in the business of building luxury homes, but also relationships along the way. During the custom home building process, you spend a lot of time with our team; making design decisions, checking in on progress, and asking questions. We’re here for you every step of the way, and during that journey, we build priceless relationships with our clients.

Build Stages
How It Works
How long does the process take from start to finish? Roughly 18 months. Of course, that timeline may fluctuate depending on a variety of factors, such as the availability of certain materials.
Initial Meetings
We learn more about what your vision. You'll meet our project manager and architect who will make your vision a reality.
Design
We discover your style and design preferences. You will work one-on-one with our designer to make all the selections in your new home.
Construction
After design selections, the construction process begins! You'll have routine meetings with our Project Manager to update you on our progress.
Quality Assurance
We do a final walkthrough inspection of your home, and explain all warranties to you, and make sure everything is to your liking. Now you're ready to move in!
