Where do we start?

Some of our clients like to start the process with an existing floor plan and customize it to their liking—others prefer a fully custom design where they start with a blank sheet of paper. Our gallery includes a bit of both.

Either way, a custom home is built from the inside out. First and foremost it needs to align with how your life works. What you see when you drive up to a property is important, but it’s what you find inside that most effects your living experience.

The first three galleries show you designs that are entirely custom. The Prairie Modern and The Harvill are in depth examples, followed by a Custom Gallery that features a number of past, fully custom projects.

Below that you’ll some of the most popular floor plans we’ve built and some variations of what they look like from the outside. All of the facade styles—European, Cottage, Country, Craftsman, and so on—are easy to change. What is key at the start is how the inside matches your family’s needs.
